Advise please

Looks nice, but the (chemical) smell is horrible. I bought this for in my enclosed vestibule, but actually had to put it outside and it still has an odor! I want to return it, but there is no receipt with deliveries. Can you advise how to do that?

It's pretty hefty, I like the design on it I wasn't sure how it was going to look on the ground with the holes in between the design of the mat but since my floor is a light color, I think it worked out great.

nice thought a little flimsy considered returning it but it looks sort of nice on my stone stoop with the stones peaking through the holes.
