Great book but a headache exchange if its damaged

It’s an amazing book but it arrived damaged so I had to reorder the book in the store and the exchange itself was a hassle because it’s not exchangeable if it has a discount . It was a headache for the employee and myself eventually they were able to figure something out but it’s a one time thing and they made me feel bad about the whole process.
