Target had a great price for this product. I like the unflavored so I can taste the coffee flavor and I think it has helped my hair and nails

I was so pleased that I found this available at Target at a discounted price. I used my red card and got additional discount. I find this brand to be going well with my stomach. It’s almost tasteless and it dissolves well. Collagen has helped with knee pain. However, the package is so difficult to open. I understand that it’s better than using plastic containers. That’s great but it should have a better seal. It came fast and well packed.

I love the collagen works good and you body absorbs it well, I would have given 5 stars but I hate the new packaging is so hard to open no matter how hard you try you need to use a plier to pull because is hard and you need to very careful where you put/storage your cardboard container because if the packaging gets accidentally wet while you are prepping your beverage well you screw hopefully they go back to plastic container so much easy to open and to storage I was refusing to try a different brand but I might

I would like to share my likes and dislikes. What I like about this product was my hair got thicker and healthier. The downside was I developed breast cysts over my 1 years of using this product. I when to my yearly mammogram. They notice I had a big difference in both breast. I must say I did notice breast tenderness and also difference in size in past year. Never once I put two and two together. I am a middle age woman who is going through menopause.. After mammogram, ultrasound and a biopsy. I stop ASAP on taking these product. After all of that I NO longer have the tenderness and my breast is back to their normal size. Unfortunately because of cysts that I developed during this year of taking this Collagen I have to be seen in next 6 months. I am assuming it wasn't for me. I believe it could be good for other. I just wanted to share my experience.

Good product, and I agree the package is not easy but once I figured it out it works perfectly fine! So happy to do away with plastic! I like to mix it with my smoothie, but recently I tried stirring it into my cold cup of almond milk and noticed it gelled. That's kinda weird. Still like this product!

Hi, I love the product, which is excellent, however since the new packaging has been introduced I am wondering how to store it properly. I live in the tropics and humidity is very high. May i transfer the collagen powder into a tupperware and keep it in the fridge? I fear that in the paper packaging it will get mouldy very soon.

I hate the new packaging. Worse thing ever. It is not easy to open. Pull here don't twist, you got this. NO, I didn't get it. It was so hard to open. I have been buying this for many years, and now you are making it difficult to open. The packaging team couldn't come up with anything better? So disappointed. I won't be buying this again because of the packaging. The product itself is replaceable. Too bad! I was a customer for many years.

The change from an easy open plastic container that resists moisture intrusion to the hard to open cardboard container drove me to another supplier of this product. Make the plastic container a purchase option and I'll be back.

Great product BUT the new packaging is awful. The whole package is now made out of cardboard and the lid no longer screws on. I accidentally dropped the container in the kitchen and it spilled everywhere since the lid no longer attaches. BRING BACK THE OLD PACKAGING OR AT LEAST A ZIPLOCK BAG.

I've been taking this product for a few years. I have very weak nails and do feel this helps. However, the new packaging is terrible. While I fully agree with utilizing less plastic, this new container is not the way to do it. The description on the container claims you can lock the top....no way. It's flimsy and will spill if not extrememly careful. This colllagen costs way too much money for this type of packaging.

I have been using this product for several years. The packaging has been a struggle for me!!! VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN!!!! Pulling that plastic string is almost impossible!!! And the lining on the top is extremely difficult too. My newest container didn't even have a scoop. The packaging definitely needs an upgrade.

I've been buying this product for years, but I'm done. The new packaging is horrible! I've hung in there hoping you change back, because I destroy the package every time. Time for a new brand.

I love the actual product and took it for several years, but the packaging has defeated me. I have arthritis, and it's unfair to suggest that those of us who have problems with opening the container aren't reading the instructions--we are, but just don't have the finger strength to pinch and pull! I've gone between buying a rival brand and hacking at a Vital Proteins container with a carving knife to transfer it to an old, plastic canister. Hate, hate, hate the new packaging.

I've been taking it for just over a month and already my nails show improved growth at the bases. Re packaging: score the perforations first with a knife (or fingernail), then the top will pull up easily AND it will close without a problem and with a good seal.

My nail were in bad shape after taking off acrylics and gel polish. I started taking this product and of course it doesn't happen overnight but within a few weeks my nails became stronger and didn't split or tear. ALSO I love the new packaging!!! Less waste, use your own tablespoon. It tells you exactly how to open the container with "Lift here, you got this" !!! OMG it cracks me up every time LOL

While the product is great, the new packaging is horrible and not disability friendly. The glue is so strong, I have to use a box knife to open it.

Has a milder flavor compared to other brands.

The new packaging is ridiculous. You should have sold it as a “refill” because the paper packaging is not resealable and not convenient for daily use.
