    A great way to support your immune system

    I’ve been taking these elderberry gummies for over a year and really like them. They were recommended very highly by my physician to help with my immunity against colds. Since taking them, I noticed that I do not get sick as often as I used to, and, when I do get sick, the symptoms are not as bad, and I recover more quickly than I did before taking the elderberry. I highly recommend this product.

    These are amazing!

    Gummie Mess

    I bought Nature's Way Sambucus Elderberry Gummies. I could not get them out of the bottle, they were stuck together and as I tried to get them out they got squishy and messy. I had to throw most of them out as they were a sticky mess. My advice is to avoid wasting money on these.

It had a good flavor and wasn't extra sugary to cover up any unpleasant taste. They were easy to eat and weren't sticky or gummed up on my teeth. They are a little high in calories but have a good amount of vitamin C and D3 in addition to the Black Elder. I would recommend this product to a friend or family member.

I normally take those vitamins separately, so it is convenient that I can now consume them all together with the addition of elderberry in a gummy that tastes like candy, which is a more palatable option than swallowing a capsule with water. The gummies are appealing and look like little bunches of grapes, so friends and family are more likely to eat them. I’m always looking for more ways to boost immunity when there are so many people ill around me. It will take time before I can determine the immunity benefits gained from regular consumption of these gummies, but I am hopeful…
