I am loving my new elliptical. Easy to assemble and very efficient. Very smooth and not a noisy!

The weld that connects the left foot rest and the wheel is welded wrong. So now, the wheel doesn’t stay on the track on the left side. Every time the wheel moves forward it comes off of the track, and the wheel is literally leaning to the side because of the weld. This is also the last stages of putting it together. We wasted our time assembling it because the wheel won’t stay on the track. The whole piece that connects the wheel and the footrest is made wrong. Also the holes for the screw to attach the leg to the hand bar did not line up-because of the weld. We spent over an hour trying to figure out if it was a leveling issue or we put it together wrong. It is the weld.

Over all for the money I think it’s pretty good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the long poles are so close together that they hit my arms when I let go to grip the heart monitor handle. I love the size it’s perfect for my apartment.

The 3810 was difficult to assemble with too many parts. I had to contact support twice for assistance. Support was great but I'm still unhappy and have lost interest. Thinking about returning it. I'm waiting to hear back from support.

I'm not sure whether this review is positive or negative. It certainly is factual. I purchased this product through the Walmart website. In the second part of the first step in assembly, I was unable to attach the main frame to the "rail," because the holes did not line up. I called customer service at Sunny Health and Fitness. The person I spoke with seemed eager to help and asked me to send pictures of the serial number and the misaligned holes. I sent pictures and received the following reply: "Thank you for providing the requested information. I have spoken with a technician and they believe it could be mainframe damage. Unfortunately, because this is the mainframe, there is no replacement part that we as the manufacturer can send out to solve the issue. I would recommend reaching out to Walmart for an exchange of a new unit. If you do not want to ship the whole bike back, it may be possible to gently hammer it back into place with a hammer and a piece of cardboard to avoid damage. Before trying this, please reach out to Walmart first to see if they could offer a partial refund for this and to ensure that you do not violate their warranty." I went to Walmart's email confirmation of my order, clicked on "start a return," and followed the prompts. Walmart immediately agreed to refund my money and gave me a choice between shipping the product and taking it to a Walmart store. I took it to a store. No problem. Painless return.

I've had my Sunny Elliptical for two weeks, and I love it! I was able to do the assembly methodically in a timely manner and was pleased with that accomplishment (I'm a small __quote__senior__quote__ female)! Instructions are clear and all necessary tools are included. The machine is very quiet---a very important feature to me. My workouts are as intense as I need them to be with easy adjustment of the tension. Just can't say enough good things about this elliptical.

Perfectly happy with the product. This is our second purchase os a Sunny product, the first a bike. Very happy with performance, service and ease of assembly. Highly recommend!

I use this elliptical trainer 45 minutes, 7 days a week and get a great full body workout. My husband likes it as well.

I am very impressed with this machine. Worth the price. Use it three to four times a week and have had no problems.

Wanted an in house complete upper and lower body workout for the Vermont winter approaching. Have a scheduled knee replacement and wanted to get in shape. Great machine and gives me the workout I wanted.

I love this elliptical! I use it 5 times a week. Assembly was overwhelming at first, but it turned out to be so easy! I would definitely recommend. The only snafu is the pulse reading is not as accurate.

Both of the pieces of equipment I ordered from this company were poorly designed and assembled to the point of being dangerous. One was so off balance one could not even use it. The other one broke 20 days after their warranty period expired and they refused to replace the part that was clearly of poor quality and design. During the entire time that machine worked it made a horrible squeaking noise that I'm sure everyone in my building could hear. I should have heeded other buyers' warnings to beware. If you spend money on one of their cheap products, you should not expect it to last more than a few months.

I recieved my Magnetic elliptical trainer about a week ago and love it. I use it everyday, feel great on it, easy to use, great quality product and the price brings me immense satisfaction, I already feel it's value.

spent 3 hrs putting it together only to ride it for 2 minutes before it started making a loud scrapping sound. Contacted the company for help and provided all the information they asked for only to never get any correspondence back following that exchange. I wanted to avoid having to take it apart to return. But it looks like that’s what I’m going to have to do. Wait maybe in 3-4 years they will get it right

Had it for about 3 weeks and it started making a funny scraping sound. Contacted manufacturer and they had to send me a special part to try to open it up to diagnose the problem. Target has no more in stock so I can't even request a replacement.

Extremely disappointed. Spent 2 hours putting it together only to have the fly wheel freeze up immediately. Watched YouTube videos to troubleshoot and try to repair. Could not get the case off of the fly wheel. Huge waste of time and money. Disassembled and brought back to the store. ☹️

Instructions were clear and assembly was easy. I like that it's compat and it's easy for me to move around. Machine is quiet with good resistance. Very happy with my purchase.
