Description
This foam sensor pump is the most luxurious way to wash your hands, and it’s touch-free so no germs or smudges are left behind. Triggered by a fast and precise motion sensor, the aerating diaphragm pump delivers just the right amount of rich, creamy pre-lathered foam. To control the amount of soap desired, you can position your hand up close to the sensor for a little soap and farther away for more. It's also waterproof for easy cleaning. Refills are easy — just eject the old cartridge and insert a new one or use the refill cartridge with your favorite foam soap. The pump is rechargeable — one charge lasts up to 3 months. A: Yes, you can adjust the amount of soap that is dispensed. Simply place your hand closer to the sensor for a smaller amount, or farther away for more. The sensor is responsive to hand distance for flexible control.

Q: I got one as a gift less than a year ago. I never saw a recharge cord & don't see where it would charge anyway. It is not working with my foaming soap. Does it have to use a cartridge made for it?

A: This foam pump should come with a magnetic charging puck which attaches to the top of the dispenser under the cap for charging.

Q: How long is the charge cord? Is the other end a USB or a 2- or 3-prong outlet? How long does it take to fully charge? How long the charge, and soap cartridge, last if used 2-3 times a day? Thanks!

A: Hi, the USB charge card is stand length that is about 3'. It will take about 2-3 hours for it to be fully charged and depends on the use it will last about 3-5 month.

The straw was too thin the soap did not come out. I returned it & the same with the 2nd one. I had to cut the straw & add water to the simple Human soap to get it to work.
The straw was too thin & the simple human soap to thick it would not come out, so I returned it & the new one didn't work either til I cut the straw & put water in the soap.

This dispenser works great with a Method brand foaming soap refill. I like that it includes several tubes for the foaming soap to customize the "thickness" of the soap it dispenses. The only downside after using it for a few weeks is that it sometimes dispenses on its own with no hand underneath. We have the soap spout hanging over the counter and into the sink... maybe the stainless steel sink reflections are causing an issue with the sensor? Not sure. It doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen when doing dishes every few days.

I am using this in my bathroom. I had to use the plastic primer item to get it going. BUT now I love using it very much. It goes nice with my fixtures. It is easier to use than picking up the soap or squirting out of a pump. Working very well.

Received two foam sensor pumps. Had one in the past that worked well. Very disappointing. Both pumps were defective and were returned. It is also impossible to speak to a human being.

I have received a total of 3 of the foaming soap dispensers. Not one of them has dispensed the soap as advertised. In my opinion Simple Human’s once superior products have become less than fair to midline. I will be returning this product.

Foam pump
I like these soap pumps they don't last very long for the expense. I've replace them about every year and half to 2 years and the refills I still have issues with half the time they don't work. They just sputter even after you do everything you do to prime them. I haven't had to refill them yet with the new soap so I'm wishing myself luck.
