I like my track light but had 1 light burn out. Fortunately, I only use three lights.. from what I'm reading you can't get replacement bulbs and that's very disappointing.

I loved the look of these lights but, when one of my lights on the track went out there was NO REPLACEMENT! It's an integrated unit so, I can't replace the bulb and there's no place to buy a new single light unit! Now it's going to cost me hundreds of dollars to replace the track!!

If you intend to change the entire fixture after less than one year of use from purchase; buy this one. I've never had an issue with Lamps Plus till now. Bad product!

DO NOT BUY. Don't get me wrong the light fixture looks great and brightens up my kitchen wonderfully. However, you will find out how horrible the product is when you have one of the "integrated LED" fail, eventually it will, as there is no such thing as a light that works forever. There is no replacement bulb as it is "integrated" and no replacement head. So now I only have 5 head instead of 6. And just in case you are wondering, the only way to get 6 head again is to replace the whole fixture. That is the SCAM.

I purchased this unit a year ago and love the looks and functionality. The issue I have is that the mounting brackets that mount the lite fixtures to the rail are plastic and over time, the plastic end caps split. I have had more than one lite just fall from the rail. I have had to zip tie the brackets to the rail to keep them on.

We love this new track lightning. We placed it in our kitchen. The only thing is it was not as long as the description said it was. Fortunately, it was perfect for what we needed.

We bought this track light to solve the junction box location issue in our dining area. We had a conventional chandelier in an non-optimal spot because of it, which in turn caused us to center the dining table around it. Replacing it with this track light not only addressed the purpose but it turned out to be a really nice upgrade. The dimmable feature adds coziness and the brushed nickel goes right along with other fixtures in our house. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the track is not flexible in order to make an S shape easily. We managed to work the shape with difficulty and the electrician needed our help holding it in place while installing it. Trying too hard can bend the track out of shape ! I'd recommend this track light however, for good quality and looks !

I love it. Looks so nice put up and my husband says it was easy to install.

We had a similar but much older fixture that had three track heads that had failed. We were thrilled that these new heads slid right onto the old track so we didn't have to replace the entire fixture. The only thing that would have been better is if we'd been able to buy the heads separately.
