Back they go - quality went downhill.
Having coached Science Olympiad teams for 13 years now, I have purchased these goggles a half dozen times - they were amazing goggles that lasted for years and resisted scratches. I was always happy with them, until now. I just ordered three more boxes of them and they are now a low quality product that I cannot recommend. Previously, the goggles were marked Z87+ meaning that they were appropriate for both chemical splash protection and high impact protection. While the box says that they are Z87.1, there is no indication on the goggles, meaning that if a student wears these into a Science Olympiad or other competition, and the supervisor (judge) asks the student to show the safety marking, he or she will be disqualified. Also, the air vents on the side are lower quality than shown in the photo (they are smaller buttons now). Finally, the clear lens is foggy on them to the point of being unusable. So, while the colors are "fun" these are worthless.

We added these to our Home Living Area and all the children are loving them. It doesn't matter if they are fixing something or doing an experiment they are one.
