Mod Podge 12oz Clear Acrylic Sealer Gloss: Craft Glue, Paint Sealer, Spray Adhesive, Glossy Finish

Crystal clear and sprayed really even. It was really easy to spray and get this even and looking good. It seems to be self-leveling because I just sprayed and it was nice and even. Good deal!

I used this to seal acrylic paint on a plastic binder. So far, the paint has stayed without flaking, which is what I was hoping for. The spray nozzle breaks easily on the canister however. I had to exchange my original can for a new one as I received a broken one. But that's a packaging design flaw rather than a product flaw.

I love it but prepare yourself for a very strong smell. I used it for glitter flowers and it turned out pretty good for my first attempt.

I’m a very novice hobby painter. I mostly work with edible products and baked goods so while I’m artistic, this entire world is very new to me. I read in several group sites to not use mod podge as an acrylic sealant. But maybe they were talking about standard decoupage mod podge? Anywho, I didn’t know about different gloss levels and viscosity of mediums so my “first acrylic paints” set was entry level matte. I liked the final art pieces (acrylic on canvas) but wasn’t a fan of the matte look for them. I’ve since purchased glossy mediums and paints but still needed something to gloss up the original matte paintings. Being on an island, very few options to have anything “shipped” here. This spray was offered by our local target so it was the best I could find in a pinch. Whether it’s recommended or not, it’s definitely sufficient for my remedial pieces lol! It does require at least 4 or 5 coats to get an even gloss on 16x20 canvases. One spray can was enough to do 3 of that size. The photos are in bad lighting so don’t do much justice for the product but irl it does look like I used glossy paints to begin with! Even coats, no unnecessary streaks. Took the matte pieces up a notch! Price is on par with other acrylic gloss sprays I’ve seen. I’m curious to try others to see if I may not need so many coats. But until some get shipped here, I’m out of luck.

Works well but smell is very strong. Highly discourage from spraying indoors also note cancer and reproductive harm disclaimer.

Used this to seal glitter ornaments so they don’t drop glitter everywhere. Worked brilliant! I definitely recommend! Just make sure to use in a very well ventilated area!

The sealer did spray evenly but didn’t stick that great to the piece of furniture. I had to do three coats for ideal look and seal.

I liked it but had to use two bottles for 4 liquor bottles I was adding glitter to. Did work well!
