A: The BergHOFF Ouro Gold 11Pc 18/10 Stainless Steel Cookware Set, Rose Gold Handles, Metal Lids is oven safe. The handles can get hot. Oven mitts or hot pads are recommended when in use.

The pots and pans are incredibly heavy, and the lids fit snugly on top. The handles get little warm but not hot, and I was able to comfortably lift and drain the water without needing potholders. Cleaning is easy.

This larger skillet has truly impressed me. After trying various non-stick pans that always seemed to chip, flake, or were not truly dishwasher safe, I have found the solution in the 18/10 Berghoff belly cookware. These pans do not have any of those issues.
