I bought a box of these to include in my son‘s Christmas gift with his ninja swirl… I read a few reviews that talked about the cones being broken, but went against my better judgment because it added amount I needed for free shipping anyways. Big mistake my husband didn’t even know and he says to me “This doesn’t sound good” when he brought the box of cones to me, he just turned it, and you could hear all the crumbs rotate in the box. Don’t need to open or give us a gift. It would be embarrassing, and I will be returning I ill never buy cones from them again if they have to ship!

If they're broken, you can't stuff them full of ice cream, which is the whole point to eating ice cream cones. Maybe I shouldn't have given them one star, but I am disappointed that the entire case sounds like maracas

Taste is fine, but out of three boxes purchased I only got nine cones that were in one piece. That’s 27 broken (like not useable as ice cream cones). If you’re just at looking for a crumble on top of ice cream then they’re fine.

These are wonderfully tasting cones for us gluten free peeps. However, no matter what, it's imossible to not buy them broken. You're lucky if you find one not broke and many will be unsalvagable. However, you can just dump the crunchies over a bowl. The other negative is they are so TINY! If you're lucky to have them in good condition, good luck getting any icecream down in those suckers! I use a long teaspoon, and it's still hard to get them filled somewhat.
