I am SO happy with this body pillow! I’ve had it for several months now and it has not gone flat on me. Yes, it’s very puffy. That was what I was looking for. If you want a flatter body pillow, this is not the one for you. If you want a puffy, supportive body pillow that will not add heat to your sleep space, this is an excellent option. I also bought the Casaluna 100% linen body pillow cover and it’s a tight squeeze to get the pillow in, but the linen feels great and doesn’t stretch, so the pillow doesn’t slide around in it with a ton of excess material. Highly recommend the combination. I ordered a second as a backup for when this one gets worn out. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Quality is great.

This was THE body pillow. I had one prior and it was fantastic. Thick, firm, held shape and was unlike any brand. I finally needed a new one so I got the same pillow as before. It's flat. Every single body pillow there was flat. They had to have changed what they were doing because these pillows are awful now. I'm heartbroken because it really helped my hip and back pain. So disappointed even after giving it a shot.

I’ve had my body pillow for 4 years. Yes, it lost a little bit of its fullness, but this is a FULL body pillow! It took a bit of getting used to but man, I love this one! I’m finally getting a new one after 4 years because I left mine at my in-laws 2 states away on accident. Oops!
