Accessible and Thought-Provoking!
This journal is perfect for those who struggle with free-form journaling. The prompts are simple yet though-provoking and not at all intimidating. I’ve never been able to journal consistently even with other prompted journals. “In Courage” makes it accessible and enjoyable. I look forward to book-ending my days with this baby.
