I ordered 2 different colors and they are both fantastic! I was almost swayed to not get these even though I’ve wanted them for years because of some other reviews of them being cloudy, but I decided to see for myself as I was sure the brand that has been around since 1965 would not let that be acceptable. And that was surely not the case. Both of mine were crystal clear and beautiful! It specifically says in the instructions to NOT MOVE the lamp when it’s on/warm bc that can cause it to go cloudy. I hate when people leave reviews and they’re too stupid to read the instructions first, even on a simple thing as a lamp, so I wanted to make sure to leave a review to assure you these are as great as they always were! The only thing I wish I could change was the base….that it be colored metal rather than painted metal since I think that would look way cool. They are calming and extremely cool to watch for hours. I love it and will definitely be getting one in every color!

Lava Lamp Disappointment!
this lava lamp worked fine for a couple of months then the lava wouldn't move anymore inside the lamp & just stayed as one big blob with pockets of bubbles that covered the entire glass bulb of the lamp. no lava would flow and even after turning the lamp off to cool & restarting it, the same thing would happen over & over. luckily it was still within the 90-day return period so returned the lava lamp to the store today, july 8, 2024. very disappointed in the quality & how long the lava lamp actually worked as it was supposed to!
