Great toy for a range of ages!
We purchased this for our 1-year-old, but her older cousin ended up loving it, too. So, it's a good gift for a range of ages. Very cute design, and the animals are so soft. Overall, a great gift.

Doesn’t hold shape, would not buy.
I’ve had this item for about a few weeks. The stem of the mushroom does not have the shapes that depicted online. From the first day I had this toy it was crushed and was not round at all. I’ve been stuffing it with blankets when my daughter is not playing with it, to see if it’ll become round. It has not. We were really excited about this toy. But it’s always flat and the mushroom cap doesn’t even stay on.

Thank you for your review. We have determined that some toys are being scrunched in transit due to insufficient trunk support to uphold the toadstool topper. Our development team has already worked with our suppliers to rectify the issue and ensure safe transit of future production runs. Plus, we’ve found that scrunching and creases caused in transit or during play can be remedied with the help of a bit of steaming. Quality not as expected
The body of the toadstool came out of the box basically folded in half, so it's pretty difficult to get the lid to stay on, especially for a kid. I tried putting some towels inside it for a few days to hopefully get it's shape back but it didn't help. Super cute and wanted to love it but just not what I was hoping for, especially for the price.

Not durable enough for play
I wanted to love this so badly! It’s adorable but the base came damaged, squished and the bottom part is flimsy so it doesn’t support the heavier top to it well. For how much it cost I expected higher quality and for it to be durable enough for play. The little characters are great quality however.

Would be nice if the lid could stay on
Cute, but lid does not stay on and base is bent in such a way that doesn’t stay upright when straightened

Where's the velcro?
Where's the velcro for the door like in the pictures? The door just kind of hangs open. Velcro would teach the skill of "open" and "close." Also the base is very collapsy. I thought it would be sturdier. It's cute, I'll give it that. But I'm not sure if I'll keep for price and lack of skills.

Why only 4 toys? At this age, children learn to count, therefore, to consolidate skills and concepts, you need 5 toys

Cute & Fun
My 15 month baby loves putting the animals in and looking at them thru the little window (peekaboo!) and then dumping them out and repeating this over and over and over... She loves it :)

I just received this cottage that I purchased for my grandson. I like the size of the toadstool as it is large than I expected. The door opens and you can have hours of imaginative play with the little animals that come with it.

Wonderful toy
I purchased this for my 5 month old grandson. He currently loves the soft, easy to grasp animals. I am looking forward to the toy "growing" with him by introducing him to the toadstool cottage, then then the door and window.
