Used this product since 2020 due to my sensitive skin. Last two times I bought this product had a very off putting toxic smell, almost like a Lysol or alcohol odor. Color used to be white now it’s grey… it now burns my skin and is unbearable to use. Lost a loyal customer of 5+ years. It’s false advertisement now. Come to find out the ingredients have been switched. This company will be hearing from my attorney.

I have incredibly oily, acne prone skin that is also quite sensitive. I've heard such great things about this, and know so many people love it. Unfortunately, it's not for me. Any time I wore it, it made my skin tingle, so I think I must have some sort of allergy to something in it. It made many of my foundations sit weird, and didn't play well with a lot of my other skincare products. I had the same issue with their eye cream. I really wanted to love this one, because it did help with oil control!! The finish is pretty similar to the Clinique Moisture Surge and the Neutrogena HydroBoost (before it was reformulated), so I was hoping it could be one that would fit in with those. I got thorugh 1/4 of the container, really gave it a good go, and decided it wasn't for me. I typically will use moisturizers that I decide don't work for my face on my body, just to get all those great skin benefits. And I can say it felt amazing on my body!! I do also love that there aren't any dyes or fragrance in this, as those are common irritants for my skin.

Im so disappointed... I used to love this moisturizer. I mean this was THE moisturizer I would always run back to. But the last two times I bought it (from separate locations), it smells so off, the color is off and it leaves a tacky feeling. And all followed by irritation. I don't know what is happening or they just changed the formula but I'm so sad.

    My ABSOLUTE Holy Grail

I cannot live without this moisturizer. The moment I run out and use anything else for a period of time I am quickly reminded why it's my holy grail product. I have combination skin that tends to lean towards the dryer side during winter. I am also prone to redness, bumps, dry patches, and irritation. This is one of the only moisturizers I can use that doesn't upset my skin barrier. I am also an avid user of their facewash.

I bought this a few month's back. I haven’t used it much because the smell is so off putting. It smells just like the chemicals used for perms I got in the 90s. I wish I could return it for another item.

I used to buy this religiously and I restocked recently with THREE tubes only to find the formula has changed. It’s no longer white and has an almost oatmeal color. It also seems to be adding some acne I’ve never experienced before with this moisturizer. I guess I’ll power through my three bottles but then I’m going to need to find another moisturizer.

My skin is very sensitive and balks at a lot of stuff. I can't wear a too-heavy moisturizer, but I have really dry winters and my skin needs moisture. My face loves this. It is my go-to moisturizer, I will never stop buying it.
