Great tools from great people
This is a great tool for high reaches. I have many limbs I want to get after. Worx is a great brand. I have many tools and had to use the warranty on a couple. They made replacements very quick. This is a great company to do business with.

Great Features
It is an impressive tool, has lots of ways to ajust cutting angle, etc. I am an older woman and should have paid more attention to the weight of the tool. I had an old pole saw that was very basic and much lighter. That is one thing about buying at a store, you can gauge that better.

Great Pole Saw!
The Pole Saw is light enough to use when I have had to quit using a heavier electric one that I had for years. It cuts powerfully and clean, and enables me to reach limbs that need trimming in my yard. Great tool that even a 79 year old can use.

Not as good as the rest of my worx tools
This saw does not work very good for me. Thought it would be as good as the other worx tools that I have. No matter how light I touch a branch it always binds. Would not recommend.

Poor design on the handle
The saw worked great. Occasionally, you have to tighten the chain after it falls off. The problem I have is the poor design on the handle. I had stood my saw up against a tree and it fell over. The plastic handle clip cracked and the saw handle is now in two pieces. Replacement part can not be ordered. Terrible design.

Worx Pole Saw Saved the Day!
I own a lot of Worx PowerShare power tools and have been eyeing this pole saw for a while. As soon as it was on sale, I jumped on it and ordered it. Which is funny because it arrived just in time to be put into use. I received a courtesy notice from my city to trim low tree limbs, within 7 days, from our property that was extruding into the alley where service vehicles frequently passed through (dump trucks, utility trucks, etc.). Short of hiring a tree trimming company, Worx delivered on time to save the day. I was able to trim all the low tree limbs, from 4 trees, in about 20 minutes and first time using any type of power chainsaw type tool. For maximum sawing power, I recommend using the base of the pole saw to cut through thick branches, 4" or thicker in diameter. Use the tip of the pole saw to trim thinner limbs and the mid section of the pole saw to cut 2"-3" limbs. The pole saw made quick work of 1"-4" tree limbs. 5"-6" thick tree limbs required sawing half of the bottom of the limb, then finishing over the top half. Overall, very happy with this tool. After 20 minute of use, the battery was blinking on the second bar. I am ordering a Worx Pruning Saw to cut the tree limbs into manageable, disposable pieces, and to trim our fig tree. The saw is a little hefty, so it'll give you a good workout while you're maintaining your property.

Easy to Use
I love my pole saw. Occasionally, I have a few limbs that need trimming. This saw is lightweight enough for an older lady to use. It cuts quickly and with no difficulty. This eliminates my need to hire a tree trimmer to remove the few branches that need trimming. Definitely can't go wrong with this item. Of course, I LOVE all my WORX tools.

Fun to use
Really fun to use-almost like axe throwing. Goes through branches so quickly it gives a good sense of accomplishment. It has good battery life.

It helped me do some great tree cutting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a bunch of trimming a huge tree in my front yard. The unit isn't too heavy, which was nice, it had enough power, but the chain popped off a good bit, it was easy to redo and get going. I did have to buy a new chain after the chain bent/warped when it got stuck in a branch. I'm quite happy with it, and got it for a great price.

Outstanding pole saw!
This pole saw is powerful and easy to use. I put it to work immediately and cut down several limbs, up to 6” thick, about 15’ high. I love the Power Share feature with all my Worx tools! 💯👌🏻

WG349 works very well
I have a number of Worx tools, and the pole saw is the latest addition to my collection. I used a 4Ah battery today and cut about 10 branches, ranging from 1 - 3" thick. The saw cuts thru pine like butter, maple and oak took a bit longer but maybe a half minute total. I was surprised that after I finished up, the battery still indicated a full charge. I had a spare with me just in case, but not needed. The chainsaw head is removable from the pole, I only wish that Worx made other attachments like a power brush. Overall Worx tool construction isn't nearly like my "steel" tools, there is a bit of wobble and longevity is yet to be seen, but they get the job done at a much lower price.

20V Pole Saw w/Auto Tension
Too much wind and rain earlier this month. Device is somewhat uncomfortable for me. The reach from the handle to the power switch is a little long and awkward for me. I'm 5' 8" tall. Also, while the saw work rather well in a vertical plane, it doesn't seem to like a horizontal plane. Chain actually popped off and jammed.

Hello there! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. The auxiliary handle can be adjusted for your comfort, and this process is described on page 15 of your user manual. With a new saw, the chain will stretch while in use, which can cause it to come off the bar. In order to resolve this, we recommend checking the chain every few cuts to ensure that it is still properly tensioned. Steps on replacing your chain and maintaining proper tension are located on page 14 of your user manual. Thank you for choosing WORX tools.

Good for what it's designed to do
I bought this to trim some medium sized branches here at home and our camp. It worked well as expected. It's definitely top heavy but most pole saws are but after a few minutes, I got used to the counter balance points. I cut down several dozen branches on what charge and some 6-8" in diameter. The only complaint I have is the chain came off several times. And yes I tightened it, re-read the manual to ensure I was doing it right and despite that, it came loose/off several times. If it wasn't for this annoying flaw, I would give it 5 stars. The 20v battery lasted for about 45 minutes of on and off cutting so no concerns there.
