It was there that Gary learned God could use anyone to accomplish His purpose. He and Randa Lea, his wife of thirty-three years, have just recently moved back to God's country (aka Oklahoma). They have been happily married for nine years since his heart transplant. Gary has served as a deacon and LifeGroup leader at Gateway Church in Southlake, Texas, for the past five years.
