    Terrible quality, sound doesn't work

    This guitar didn’t work straight out of the box. Unfortunately we missed the return window and now have to pay $65 for guitar center to repair the pickup so that way we can hear it through the amp. I do not recommend this product and am extremely disappointed. I’d recommend spending a little more for a better and more reliable brand.

    I bought this for my grandson for Christmas from "Santa". The base did not work. We tried everything. My son is an experienced with this sort of things. My grandson asked, "Why did Santa make something that did not work". Disappointing to say the least.

    got it tuned. started playing chords and it immediately sounds out of tune again. I'm hoping it's just the strings until I can get new strings on here? idk I'm pretty bummed my daughter really wants to learn and I don't want her stuck with a guitar that can't stay in tune.

    Nice but the amp doesnt work

    Not a playable instrument - only useful as a toy.

    I’m an experienced guitar player who bought this for my 4 year old as a beginner guitar. The guitar appears ok at first sight, but it essentially is useless. The fretboard and setup are fundamentally, dimensionally incorrect, so even if you tune it properly, the chords do not play properly. If you want a toy that a kid can strum for fun just to pretend their rocking out, this could serve that purpose. If you want an actual functional guitar, I would urge look elsewhere, even if you have to spend a little more. Also, the small amplifier that came in the kit literally doesn’t work - it wouldn’t even power on.

    Quality is hit and miss

    This is a gift for my son— we finally opened it today, on Christmas, to find that the guitar case was not actually sewn together and is basically useless. The guitar and amp work well enough for my little musician, but wish there was a case for the guitar.

    Taking a Chance

    No item and no communication

    Had ordered this as a Christmas gift and after a week it saying “shipping label created” and 2 days after it should have been delivered I reached out to Best Choice Products only to be told there was an issue with the shipping label and the guitar was never shipped. They suggested we ask target for a refund and re-order the item. Absolutely NOT! Best Choice never told us the item hadn’t shipped or that there was an issue. I had to reach out to them. I’ll definitely be paying attention and won’t order anything if it shows that Best Choice Products is the one delivering.

    Great little guitar!

    My 6 year old likes to play with my husband’s guitar so I thought why not get him his own. This electric guitar is perfect size for him! I’ve even played it and it’s easy! Happy with my purchase! Came with a tuner, strings, amp, strap, cord for the amp, I think even extra set of strings if I can remember right. Also had a few picks too!

    Don't buy

    Guitar doesn’t stay tuned and doesn’t sound right. We keep having to tune it and it doesn’t stay tuned. Also, the cord that connects to the amp is already tearing and we’ve only had it for a week. My son is careful with it so it’s not due to negligence. Just not worth the money.
