A: Target doesn’t sell an individual 1oz without the Jelly Wrap. Refilling with a larger size PURELL pump works great!

Wrap is not secure
Wrap is not secure. As I walked out of the store, I clipped it to my purse and then tried to use it but it immediately fell off. Such a bummer. I have wrapped an elastic around it to keep it secure.
