The part i ordered was too big for my tool. I was unaware that there were different sizes of this particular part. I feel cheated

I ordered these replacement spools in April 2021 and only had to pay the shipping. I wish my other appliances came with a lifetime consumable supply replacment (refrigerator filters, coffee pot water filter, engine oil filters, etc.), imagine that value! I use my WORX string trimmer every week for both trimming and edging. It's light enough for me to carry and doesn't have any vibration or loud noise. It's easy to change the spool even though it's only necessary once a year. WORX is quality and well worth the cost. I'm looking at that robot mower now! Happy gardening!

I bought mine 3 or 4 years ago. I was told it came with free lifetime spool replacement. I received one shipment but I've used them all. Now how do I order another free shipment of spools?

I have had this weed eater over 5 years, it’s batter operated and I get replacement spools for free. Just have to pay shipping. It’s a great product and still going strong. The trimmer has great power also.
