Low quality
Feels so cheap, the tilt button sticks, and it makes tons of creaking noises from even the slightest breeze. This won't last more than a few trips. I think this item is always "on sale" to trick people into thinking they're getting a more expensive and higher quality product. I paid 40 "on sale" and it's barely even worth that.

Love it, but don\'t use if there\'s a strong wind!
Knocking off two stars because this is advertised as being super sturdy but that didn\'t stop it from uprooting from the sand in a strong breeze and nearly impaling a family of small children nearby. Yes, I had twisted it into the sand as far as it would go so it should have been secure. I like the look and ease of it, and you can\'t beat the large umbrella for shade. I even sat under it during a light rain and kept super dry while the people around me had to pack up and sit in their cars to wait out the rain. However, I\'m hesitant to use it again because it feels like a hazard in a strong breeze.

Better umbrellas are out there
After 2 seasons of use, which amounts to a total of 2 weeks on the beach, we won\'t be using this anymore. It can\'t tolerate winds higher than about 10 miles per hour without either blowing inside out or being pulled out of the ground despite the corkscrew tip. We have to reattach the ends of the umbrella to the wires everytime we open it. Several of the wires broke the second time we used it. Overall, not happy with the quality of this model. I bought an Aamsun brand at the same time as this one for the same price, and that umbrella is performing beautifully....

Good umbrella but a couple of shortcomings
As umbrellas go, this is a nice one and a good size for 2 people to have shade. However, the flip down handles for the auger action are a bit flimsy. I go very gingerly on these as I'm afraid they're going to snap off as I twist the auger into the sand. The other issue is this umbrella is missing a velcro strap to tie down the umbrella when closed. My other umbrellas that have the strap which makes it much easier to slide into the carrying bag.

decent and inexpensive umbrella
Just used this umbrella for six straight days at the beach and two of those days were very windy. The umbrella is easy to assemble at the beach. The screw in part should be set deep into a hole. Set the post at least 20-24" deep in sand and pack the sand around the base.

Pretty good umbrella
This umbrella worked great for our beach days on our trip to Florida. Some days were a little breezy. The auger worked great. The width was perfect for two people with beach chairs and cooler.

Wonderful Umbrella
Very happy with this umbrella. So easy to set up and very lightweight for lugging to the beach. The shade coverage it provided was enough for 3 of us to be under at one time. Highly recommend this.

Beach Umbrella
Bought 2 of this umbrella for our beach trip and they worked great! Just make sure you drill it down in the ground quite a ways, stamp the sand around it, and check it every now and then if its breezy just to make sure the wind isnt grabbing it! Great size when packed away for travel!

Great umbrella! The color is brilliant. The poles are sturdy. I very much like the built in handles that give leverage when anchoring in the sand. This umbrella also features a secure tilt. Much needed at the beach.

Great umbrella
I used this umbrella the entire week. Easy to use. It was windy and never moved. I think a lot of people don't know to properly anchor them. I lived by the beach for decades. It needs to be a somewhat deep hole and I always pile the sand back on. My parents umbrella without the screw blew away twice and they had to put it away. Im glad I brought this one with me.

This is a low quality cheaply made umbrella. There’s noway it will withstand the slightest wind at the beach. It’s going to be retuned ASAP!
