    Nice awning for the price. Installed myself and really was a 'medium' difficult job. Works as advertised and after pricing awnings there was no comparison, this is a great buy ! The red color with trim fit the bill.

    Very pleased with purchase. As stated elsewhere the instructions are confusing. There is an excellent video on YouTube to help. All in all, very happy with purchase. Because of the style, do not leave extended when not in use and I believe it will last quite a while.

    Great Awning

    We could not be more please with our awning! We did hire a guy to install it for us, but installation seemed to go quite smoothly (definitely a two-person job). We LOVE how easy it is to use and are enjoying the shade it provides so much! Many friends have asked where we purchased it and we are pleased to give them the information.

    We bought this for a friend who is disabled and needed a shaded area outside his door for his wheelchair.? This product is a very nice product, parts were very sturdy and good quality, thank you for a nice product! We would buy this again .

    Great quality

    Go slow on install. Directions are not 100% clear (could've been us too). After the fourth attempt, it is up correctly and we absolutely love it! Great quality. Very surprised at how cheap the price was.

    UPS is the worst delivery service. they refused to deliver the awnings to our home we met them on a highway turn out!the awnings are so lovely, the boxes were a little rough which made me leery about the awnings but not a scratch inside! We are really pleased

    Works as advertised

    Directions are a bit sketchy, but was able to figure it out from the diagrams. My family enjoys the shade on the hot days. No issues so far. Although, strong winds might take it down.

    Coffee color is beautiful!

    I'll have to update after installation, but after peeking at the fabric I'm very pleased with the coffee color. My computer showed dull brown but it looks just like my coffee with creamer in it! It was delivered 3 days ahead of expected date and that's always a plus. Very happy so far, will update with installation/performance.

Very happy so far, will update with installation/performance.OK, installation - definitely a two person job as it's so long it requires holding up on one end. The instructions are useless, just throw them away and eyeball it. If you're not a handy person, it's going to be difficult. But once you figure out how it's supposed to work, it goes smoothly with not many parts to deal with. Mine did include lag bolts for siding as well as those for brick/concrete installation so they must have added that to the package in newer shipments. Once up, it appears very solid and the crank works fairly easily (a child would have some trouble cranking it). Fabric is nice and this is going to meet my needs as well as the high-priced ones would!
