  • A: Hello and thank you for your question. To clean the inside of your fan, please refer to the steps below. Be sure to turn off and unplug the fan before cleaning. 1 Unscrew the screws from the back cover of the fan. Press in and disengage the 4 claws on the top and bottom of the front guard, and remove by pulling it away from the fan. 2 Remove debris using a vacuum cleaner. Wipe off any remaining dust or debris using a soft cloth. 3 Align the claws on the top and bottom of the front guard with the guides on the back of the fan. Align the handle on the back with the groove on thee top of the front guard, and press until it snaps into place. Reattach screws.

    Annoying flaws

    It’s very quiet on the lowest setting but gets considerably louder when you go up a setting. It has annoying indicator lights and a thin band that lights all the way around the perimeter. I don’t see a way to turn it off so it lights up my room at night unless I put a towel over it. Don’t see a way to turn them off. Also when you turn it off or it goes off when the timer is done it beeps loudly disrupting our sleep.

    A quick rave of the fan, plus light-blocking tips :)

    Amazing fan! Placed strategically, a couple of these helped so much when our AC was not working for a couple days. For the person looking for suggestions about the bright light, a quick online search for LED light-blocking stickers or film will do the trick. Make sure they’re “blocking” and not “filtering” so you get the opaque ones. I skip the precut and get the full sheets so I can cut them to size and use them anywhere. Hope this helps others!

    Bright light tho

    Great fan, but I wish there was a way to dim the lights on it. I have to cover the LED lights with the remote. Or does someone know a hack to dim the lights? thanks

    loved it- when it worked

    I bought this fan a while ago. worked great for about a month. Now turns itself off after less than a minute. in trying to look up a fix or if I missed something on line I saw several sights with people complaining about the same issue. Loved it when it worked

    Disappointed

    Bought this fan a year ago, it died. It was a good fan when it was working. I did like the size and quietness of the fan. I just wish it would have lasted longer than a year.

    Was great while it lasted

    I bought this fan a year and a half ago. Loved it as it moves air around our bedroom, creating a breeze. However, it stopped oscillating side to side. Now it only moves up and down. This isn't as efficient for cooling our room or us as we lay in bed. Spends more time pointed towards the ceiling than at us lol.

    Stationary fan - no longer runs in either oscillating modes

    It seems I have a dud.. This fan worked great for the first few weeks. Now it will no longer work in either of the oscillating modes. Super annoyed because I recycled the box and packaging maybe month after getting this thing and it ran without issue. Will look into taking it to an electrician but in the meantime I have a $60 stationary fan... only bright side is that I was able to price match this and got a few bucks off the price.. lucky me🙄🤬

    Motor Issues after a while

    Having a interesting Issue with mine - Decided to dust mine out, remove the back Panel, and use a electric Duster to clear out the dust, so it is NOT a Clogged System. Now when it is used: Level (Light) 4 = seems like it is on Lowest Setting.......with a twist. Every so often, it will kick into MAX Level for about 2-3 Minutes, then reduce to the Lowest, but still be on Level 4 the whole time.

    Worth The Price

    This is one powerful fan. Our upstairs bedroom runs ridiculously hot despite central air. We have a tower fan, two mini vornado fans, and the WOOZOO. The WOOZOO is so powerful that I'm replacing our tower fan with this one. I love that it rotates vertically and side to side (okay, more like a circle) and this really circulates the airflow around the room.

    I got the one bad woozoo.

    I am so disappointed! Day 2 the fan began a rubbing, vibrating sound at the end of each rotation. I've looked at it many times and can not figure out what is causing it. So, back it goes, and nobody seems to have stock right now.

    LOVE this product, design flaw in the details

    I absolutely love this fan. I bought two a couple years ago, they're both around the same age. CLEANING is why I 3-starred it. I only have two hands. How does one get the globe apart to clean it? Vacuuming does not get inside :(
