Best cuticle remover ever! I have a very thick and fast growing cuticle, which is really hard to loose from my nails. This product loosen all my cuticles from the nails making it way easier for trimming. Did not give 5 stars only because I did have to trim the cuticles off. I expected the results it says on the label.

USELESS
I wanted to give this cuticle remover a try after seeing online ads for it. The ads show excess cuticle being removed easily, and there's always a good amount removed (naturally!). This cuticle remover did absolutely nothing, aside from giving me sore cuticles from pushing and trying to remove cuticle. I'd return it except I've used it. I have been a fan of Sally Hansen cuticle remover and I'm going back to that-- at least it works! I do NOT recommend this Butter brand cuticle remover.

This stuff put my cuticles in a horrible state after using. Thats not the result i was expecting based on reviews. I really don’t understand the hype. Stay away from this unless you like choppy torn up cuticle area.

Avoid, does more damage than good
Cuticles appeared fabulous 1-2 days post-product use, but after a week, they're a mess. Check out the photo: I only applied the product to my thumb, index, and middle finger. Now they're extremely dry with severe surface tearing.

Terrible product
I received this bottle without a box nor instructions, so I went online and it seems like it should come with a box and some tools. Also, the videos show a product that is way more liquid than the one I received that is like a gel. I put on my nails, waited 2 minutes as the online instructions say and as I tried to push my cuticles, they were hard, like this product doesn't work at all. I was very delicate but after I removed this gel, my fingers were red. Terrible product!

Why the hype?
I kept hearing great things about Butter London's Cuticle Exfoliator. Magazines, blogs, reviews all talk about how great it is. I was excited to try it because I love their nail polish. I will stick to the nail polish and chuck this cuticle exfoliator in the trash. I have used less expensive cuticle removers with the same or better results. My cuticles did not magically melt away. I even soaked my fingers for 5 minutes before using. Nothing. I'll stick to the less expensive options from here on.
