Q: how do you detach the wheels and handle bars on this to put in storage? thanks

A: Thanks for your inquiry. Once the wheels have been attached, they cannot be removed. Once the handlebars have been attached, they cannot be removed. To remove the push handle, press the button (as shown) and pull up on the push handle. The insertion portal door will close automatically.

Waste of money
This was a great toy for about 4 months before it completely stopped working. After trying to troubleshoot it on my own I called Vtech customer service for further assistance and they informed me they couldn’t do anything because it was out of warranty. Overly priced toy that was not made to last. Very disappointed.

Check store price!
Bought to give as a gift and can't speak yet on quality, etc. But check your local Target. This was only $59.99 in store! And I got it on sale for only $34.99. I did not know Target marked up their online prices so much. Buyer beware!!

Waste of money so disappointed the quality is horrible. We purchased this during Christmas and it’s not longer working after a few uses. Overpriced item and not worth it. Don’t waste your time or money. I would love to return or exchange but I trash the box 😭

Fun interactive musical pony toy
Fun product with room for improvement. Wish microphone height was adjustable better use. Son enjoys talking into it but needs to be closer voice capture. Variety of songs is great, but they can get old fast.

Batery is rusted and leaked out when opened the box at home. Electronics doesn’t work and new batteries don’t fit in anymore because of rusted and fallen apart connectors. Flimsy design. The big handle feel like you are about to brake something. Very cheaply made toy for the price. Online price is double the in store.
