    Delivery delay and lack of support

    I can’t give an accurate rating because it was delivered late, left outside of my garage, and I could barely shimmy it into the edge of my garage. It’s way too big and heavy for me to move it further than that. When I tried contacting them for support (moving and assembling it), I couldn’t get a response.

    The treadmill works as advertised. It was delivered by FedEx within two business days. No complaints. The only challenging task was unpacking the equipment from the box. Otherwise, everything needed to put the treadmill together was provided in the box. Make sure to read the manual carefully. Putting together the treadmill is simple and fast.

    I love it.

    I bought this treadmill because my house has really low ceilings and it had the lowest deck height of all the ones I looked at. It had mostly good reviews so I bought it. Glad I did. It feels really sturdy and well made. It's quiet and runs smoothly. As of today 12/30/2023 I've been using it for a little more than 6 months with no problems. I use it 4 to 6 days a week.

    Just as advertised, and very good treadmill.

    My wife loves this treadmill. She is 82 and walks for a lot of her exercise plus doing aerobics. This came real fast and was easy to put together, with taking it out of the box, putting it together, and clearing the packing and box away took about one hour. I like to use it some but I'm 86 years old and have some feet problems. My wife gives it a good workout. We have had it several months and no problems.

    Great for my room

    I bought this treadmill to get some exercise in before work in the morning and it does just that. One thing that made this a great purchase was the ease of installation and setting up of the treadmill. There were only a few screws to put in place, which made the installation very quick. The size of the treadmill was also a plus. Overall, a great buy if you are trying to work out at home.

    Putting this thing together was a piece of cake, man. And you know what? It totally lived up to my expectations, and then some. I mean, considering the price, I was pleasantly surprised, dude. Now, I wouldn't say it's meant for those hardcore runners out there, but for someone like me who just needs to walk on the daily, it's absolutely perfect! The quality of this thing was actually way better than I expected, no lie. I've been using it pretty much every single day for the past three months. Not a single problem. It's been smooth sailing all the way.
