Q: This product is not strong as it is described here. I travelled with these suitcases two times and they damaged. They are still under warranty. What is the solution for this?

Like any luggage, if subjected to mishandling or significant force or impact, it may sustain damage. Regarding your warranty coverage, please note that the DUKAP limited manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not extend to damage caused by mishandling during transit or handling by carriers. If you believe the damage occurred due to mishandling by a Carrier (airline, cruise, rail, bus, taxi, etc.), we recommend filing a damaged baggage claim with them directly. They are responsible for any damage caused during transit and may provide compensation or replacement. However, if the damage occurred in another manner or if the carrier denies your claim, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@dukapgear.com with the following documentation: Proof of purchase from Target.
