Definitely buy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was great. I use it for cooking on the grill from steak to chicken to ribs. No issues with durability the temperatures are very accurate. I like that there’s two different prongs to check different parts of the meat. Using just one battery the battery life lasts a long time.

Accurate temperature

Cook everything to perfection!

A great tool for the kitchen
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using the ThermoPro TP-17 Dual Probe Digital Cooking Meat Thermometer. It's a great tool to have in the kitchen. It comes with the digital thermometer, 2 probes, and an AAA battery. The setup is easy. There are settings for cooking chicken, pork, or beef. With the beef options you able able to select rare, medium, or well. It also has a BBQ option. So far I've only used this to cook a medium steak and it was just right.

Great kitchen tool

Works as described
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thermometer works as described. It was easy to use and the lcd was easy to read. My only to complaints are the packaging could look better if I saw this in a store I would not buy it. Adding more colors and graphics or put it in a clear plastic package to show off the product. My other concern is the plastic felt thin when I went to remove the battery cover the plastic flexed inward.

Excellent thermometer!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to try out this thermometer through bzzagent and my husband and I both love it! Being able to monitor the temperature on two separate items is super convenient, and best of all it reads the temperature very quickly. It's too cold to be grilling right now, but come warmer weather the backlight will be super handy! My family rarely ate meat growing up so for a long time, I overcooked meat to make sure it was safely done, but this is way better than a visual check or guesswork! It's a total must for cooking meat to safe temperatures without overdoing it! Pictured with an amazing Sunday roast 😋

Takes The Guesswork Out Of Slow Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit has been a great asset to have so far when cooking. It can be used in an unit that is used for cooking from grills and smokers, to the oven or a pizza oven. It has multiple settings that have a preset temperature for the selected meat you are cooking to alert you when that temperature has been reached. Steaks can be made to your liking, or you can assure other meats are cooked to temperature and not overcooked. I used it with a baby back ribs and it was a great asset to have. The screen is back-lit and has large numbers that are easy to read in any lighting condition. The unit seems to be pretty accurate with reading internal temps and has worked just as well as some of the other units I have. I enjoyed the Thermo-Pro TP-17 and would have no issue reccomending this to a novice or a seasoned chef. It does what it is supposed very well, and I will surely continue to use it in the future.

Remarkably easy to use

The ThermoPro TP-17 Dual Probe Digital Cooking Meat Thermometer is a definite game changer. It's super easy to use and the large backlit LCD display makes it easy to read in even lower light. The temperature readings are accurate and I feel better knowing what I serve my family is safely cooked. I would certainly recommend this product and look forward to using it even more once it's grilling season again.

The perfect meat thermometer - Accurate and compact
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After my last meat thermometer broke at Thanksgiving time, I have been looking for another one to pick up. After seeing so many rave reviews for the ThermoPro TP-17 Dual Probe Digital Cooking Meat Thermometer with Large Backlight LCD Display, I ended up going with this thermometer, and am so glad I did, as it is so much better than by old one. My old thermometer would take forever to register the correct temperature of meat and poultry, and sometimes it would read wrong, and then when we cut into food it was raw. So, I wanted to make sure the next meat thermometer I bought would actually work and read the right temps. What I love so much about the ThermoPro TP-17 Dual Probe Digital Cooking Meat Thermometer with Large Backlight LCD Display is that it is digital for one, as the dial thermometers I had prior never worked. I also like how this meat thermometer is compact, so it doesn't take up alot of space in my kitchen drawer. And, it was easy to use, and displays the thermometer and timer at the same time which not many other digital thermometers I have checked out offer. Overall, I am very pleased with the ThermoPro TP-17 Dual Probe Digital Cooking Meat Thermometer with Large Backlight LCD Display, and highly recommend it for those who use meat thermometer with their cooking.

Great thermometer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband loves cooking meat at the charcoal grill. He cooked turkey recently which was cooked on our outdoor gas grill. It worked great and the turkey came out perfectly based on inside temperature. He used the one temperature probe just under the turkey's skin to monitor the temperature of the grill and adjust as needed and the other buried deep inside the turkey to monitor the inside temperature of the turkey to determine when it reached the suggested temperature signaling the meat was cooked. I love how east to use the thermometer is. It has nice lcd display.
