I wanted to leave a 1 star review so none of y’all would buy this kit and leave them all for me. This makes an EXCELLENT pumpkin bread. I make a big bundt and a mini bundt out of it . Plenty to share!!

I use this bread mix every year. It became a family tradition to bake this in the fall. However, I think they have changed the recipe a bit this year with more sugar because it is too sweet to my taste. I did not do anything different so probably the recipe is “improved”. I might need to bake it from scratch next year instead from a boxed bread mix.

LOVE IT!! I buy multiple boxes each year, and hand out mini-loaves to everyone. My only gripe is the nutrition label. Who, on this earth eats 1.5 oz of this at one time? Literally only one mouthful. Be careful, a good slice of full size bread can make a serving be 4 or 5 times the label suggestion.

Definitely worth the price. Was able to make 2 loafs and 6 muffins. Although the icing is just powdered sugar with milk or water added to it which is too sweet for my taste so I just added some chocolate chips instead. Delicious.

Super easy to make! It’s basically just the dry ingredients of homemade pumpkin bread pre-combined for you. If you find the outsides of your loaf baking faster than the inside like I did, lower your oven temp 20-25 degrees and just cook for a longer time. It will come out perfectly!

You know it’s a winner when the batter is divine. This was incredible. The ginger, nutmeg & cinnamon are in perfect balance to bring out that savory and sweet combination perfectly. I added 1-2 tsp of vanilla to the batter & used half & half for the icing. The icing is very good. The only thing better would be a homemade cream cheese frosting. Yummmmm
