Mmmm Honey Approved
My honey pronounced these Mmmm worthy and said he hoped these were not going out of the house as gifts. He was delighted to hear they were all his to munch on. Made them small and bite sized so he could have the fun of lots in the cookie cannister. Takes a lot of butter, so if that's not your thing you might want to pass. Definitely a fall treat.

The instructions were easy to follow, and cookies came out baked just right. The spices were definitely there. I think that I would have like some cream cheese frosting on them though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are easy to make - follow the instructions to the letter, and you'll get great cookies. The only change we made: we let them rest for 5 minutes. At 3 they were still unstable. They're also a very simple mix, so they're very kiddo activity friendly. My daughter helped me with mine and she had fun with it. I didn't expect them to stay soft and chewy, but they have! I'm pleasantly surprised. I'd absolutely buy these again.

The taste of Fall pumpkin spice cookies

The batter is thick but easy to handle. They cook up in approximately 17 min. cool and enjoy. The texture is nice but the taste could use more spice for my liking. They were a little bland.

Excellent pumpkin cookies

Our kids love using this mix and you can do all sorts of things with the pumpkin base that has a beautiful spiced flavor. They have the perfect amount of pumpkin spice flavor, as I hate when it is overdone. We got around 20 cookies with the mix. I wish I would have noticed the idea to roll them in sugar before baking them, as I think it would make them prettier. I also think they shouldn’t show frosting on the front of a mix that it isn’t included with. I would definitely buy them again.

Very very sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this mix a little differently — instead of making cookies, I poured the whole thing into a round pan and baked it as a cookie cake. It actually came out really nice and moist, and the directions were super easy to follow, which I liked. The texture was fluffy and bready. The downside is the flavor. It tastes way more like straight sugar/ sweetness than pumpkin. I was hoping for that cozy pumpkin spice flavor, but it mostly just tastes sweet — really sweet. It has soooo much sugar!! It’s fine if you just want something quick, cheap, and easy to bake, but if you care about quality or actual pumpkin flavor, this one’s not it.
