So disappointed! I went exactly by the instructions and my cookies are (1) Not chewy (2) Not chocolate OR Caramel tasting. Back to home made for nice chewy cookies that have a great chocolate taste.

Surprisingly, the process is very simple. It is pre-mixed. You just need to add water and mix well. When baked, the taste is very attractive.
