Great Cough Syrup!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whenever one of my kids starts coughing, I quickly reach for the BKN cough syrup. It seems to do the trick every time, usually within minutes they have relief and within a day or two the cough is gone! So thankful for natural products i can have confidence in/feel good about using. Thaws hep support eh immune system and don’t just put a “bandage” over a symptom to stifle it for a few hours. Truly love my BKN and keep telling other moms that they need to try it if they have not already!

Get Hyland's Instead.
Don’t waste your money and get the hyland’s stuff instead. I like that it has the elderberry and stuff in it and the melatonin did help for sleep but I did absolutely nothing for the cough. My kid was miserable because she kept coughing but was absolutely exhausted from the melatonin. You also have to give it every 2-3 hours but it doesn’t last nearly that long. I eventually found a half empty bottle of the Hyland’s cold and cough and gave that instead. Immediately slept with no coughing and it lasted for at least 5 hours. She liked the taste and it obviously has really honey in it but it doesn’t work well.

Great cough syrup BUT bed wetting side effects
I have to start by saying as a cough syrup, it really is great. And we love most Bee Keepers products we’ve bought!! But the side effects of bed wetting is WILD. Like clockwork, both of my kids (2 years potty trained) would wet the bed the nights of using this. And we’ve never had bed wetting problems. I googled side effects of melatonin in children, and apparently that’s common. So maybe my complaint is with the melatonin use in the product. But BUYER BEWARE! Such a frustrating but very consistent side effect

The BEST cough syrup!
My son’s favorite medicine! He really enjoys it unlike the other cough syrups. It makes a difference as his coughing did not get worse during illness and he is nearly back to normal!

Best cough medicine
This is one of the best cough night time cough medicines It helps my son in the spectrum to have good sleep when his sick. It works within 30 min. I used to give him zerbee night time but they don't make it with melatonin anymore so it doesn't help him

I almost never write reviews, but when I saw negative reviews on this product, I had to write a review myself. This cough medication has been an absolute LIFESAVER with my four and five year olds and nighttime coughs. It kicks in within 20-30 minutes and lasts 5-6 hours. I have tried every option on the market and this is the ONLY one I’ve found to actually work. It’s a little pricy but worth it! A lot fo negative reviews about the thick consistency but that’s the best part about it because it coats the throat nicely. Well worth the purchase!!
