    Love the chairs

    Great Product

    We purchased four chairs and footstools 3-4 years ago. They have been outside on an uncovered deck 24/7/365 ever since. It’s a southwest facing deck, about 75 yards from the Pacific, on the coast of Northern CA, so they are exposed to tons of sun, but also rain, fog, and salt spray (but no freezing). They have shifted a tiny bit in color, but it’s almost not noticeable. Otherwise they look like they were purchased last week. I’m very impressed with the durability. These replaced cedar Adirondacks, which didn’t hold up for much more than 5 years. I’m 6’4”, 230 lbs, and find the chairs very comfortable and roomy. Some chairs we looked at were too narrow. BTW: one set of chairs was missing some hardware, but High Wood replaced it immediately. Without hesitation I’d buy these again.

    Quality!!

    We just received our Highwood Classic Westport Adirondack Chairs (Tuscan Taupe) and are thrilled with their appearance and overall quality. Having received and attempt to assemble another company's chair; we sent them back to the manufacturer (e.g. difficult to understand assembly instructions; "no" pre-drilled holes for screws and average quality/craftmanship, etc.). The "Highwood" product is indeed superior, both in quality of material and "very" easy to assemble. Lastly, these chairs are "Made in the USA"; which means purchasing them supports local families, rather than the company using cheaper labor outside of the U.S.. Thank You, Highwood!!

    Looks and Feels like Real Wood!

    Just received and assembled my new Westport Adirondack chair. Other than some kind of dark dusty residue all over it, which easily brushed off, all parts were in good condition. I cannot get over how much it looks and feels like real wood! I am 65 and it was easy to put together. As comfortable as any Adirondack chair. I love the way it looks under my rose arbor.

    Love the Nantucket Blue Color!

    Love these nantucket blue adirondack chairs. We have two chairs and a side table. We've owned them for over six years and the color is the same as the day we bought them. Also recently, two slats in the seat of one broke just from someone getting up. I made a warranty claim and almost immediately I received a response and new slats will be sent shortly. I was so impressed with the immediate response and the excellent service.
