A: There are four main pieces that need to be assembled: the two armrests, one seat, and one backrest. The back cushion and seat cushion do not require assembly. A small Allen wrench is included for your assembly.

Q: What is the seat cushion height, plus what is the total seat height with the frame and the cushion?

A: Hi, the height of the seat is approx 14.96" and the thickness of the cushion is approx 3.93". When no one sits on it, the seat height will be approx 18.89".

Outdoor rocker
Put the chair together and got to the last screw and the holes did not align on the seat part of the chair. Tired to loosen and remove all screws and try to put together that way and it still did not work as the alignment on the holes was too far off. Ended up returning product.

Rocking Chair
Do not buy this item. My husband is an experienced engineer/contractor with a garage full of tools. The holes do not line up and he had to use clamps to try to line up. The last piece was impossible, so I headed to Target and return.

Comfortable Rocker
Very comfortable to sit in. I like the bottom of the rocker rails that won't scratch the deck while moving the rocker. Addressing the ease of assembly, my husband first separated all the bolts (i.e., small to large). He figured out that you shouldn't tighten any of the bolts until you have them all seated. Once that happened, finishing the assembly went smoothly. Other people's reviews were correct in that the directions could have been much clearer.

Comfy rattan rocker with super plush cushions.
Super fast shipping, screw holes didn’t quite line up right so it took a bit more time to assemble, but these rockers are so comfortable. They were a perfect fit in my screen porch!
