Digestible, relatable ADHD education
I’m currently writing this review as I buy the book for a friend after having read it myself. Dr. Hamdani wrote an incredible, digestible book that helps those with ADHD understand their brains, learn how to work with their ADHD rather than against it, and validates every emotion you’ve ever had around your frustration with your brain while giving you reasons as to why your brain is how it is and how to work with it. Dr. Hamdani if you’re reading this - Idk if you’re a hugger but I’d give you a huge hug because your book is SO. DANG. HELPFUL. I even told my therapist about the book and she wrote your name down to recommend the book to her own patients! Thank you!
