Very Disappointed.
These were very poor quality and immediately returned them. They rocked a quarter of an inch as the bases were not square. The fixture to hold the lamp shade on one of the lamps was stripped and would not tighten. Love the look but very disappointed with Ashley quality with this and other products purchased recently.

Disappointed
To be honest, we are disappointed in the quality. We noticed that everytime one of the lamps moves at all (dusting, making room for a glass on the end table, etc.) there are scratches on the table. We finally picked up the lamp and looked at the bottom only to notice it was never there. The only bottom is the four steel sides, which of course, will scratch anything when moved. We looked at the second lamp only to discover it has a bottom, but it is not low enough to protect the end table from scratches when moved. So, we now need to go to a fabric store to buy some black felt and create our own bottoms on the lamps so they don't ruin the furniture.

Below Expectations
I like the looks of these lamps but they didn’t meet my expectations. I was really excited when I found them online for well below the in-store retail price. That should have been a clue to me that something wasn’t right. Both lamps were damaged and appeared used. I would have kept the lamps had they been new, unused lamps as advertised. I returned both of them.
