    Embroidery monogram incorrect TWICE!

    I have several of these canvas bags and love them. The quality is amazing and in my opinion, will last forever. However, this last time I ordered an XL size with embroidery as a gift for someone and it came not once but twice incorrect. The first time the monogram was something totally different than what I had ordered. Okay mistakes happen. The next time it came with the right monogram but wrong color thread. I asked for pink and it came with black on a black bag. You can’t even see it. I would have comprised and kept it if I could actually see it. Now this gift that is way past due still hasn’t arrived and I’m super disappointed. So this review is not about the quality but about the department that does their embroidery. Not happy! Third times a charm right?

    Good tote but internal pockets are smaller

    I've been loyal to these totes for years, but I'm disappointed in the latest version. The inside pocket I used for my phone is now smaller and my phone doesn't fit. I need the old pockets back!!

    Bought the denim blue canvas tote as part of my daughter's birthday gifts. Personalized it with the monogram "create," & added the gold/pearl bag chain to add pop of fun! Tucked a craft supplies gift card into an inner pocket, as she loves to craft! Bag is well made, sturdy, lots of pockets, can also be used as bag for gym, beach, shopping, overnight bag, etc. Very pleased with purchase!

    You’re going to love it!

    The handles are long enough to use as a shoulder bag. It’s sturdy. Squishes down if it needs to fit under an airline seat. Packs flat when empty so fits into suitcase easily and can be used as a carry on bag when returning home. Good beach bag also.

    Only Work Bag I’ll Purchase!

    Love this bag!

    Very versatile tote bag

    We love the size of this tote and the long handles allows us to sling it over our shoulder for hands free carrying. My husband also uses it since we got it in black and it is not too feminine. The zip top keeps everything inside. Great bag for shopping, the gym or beach.

    Fabulous & durable everything tote
