Only worked 6 months and dishonest warranty department
Worked fantastic for 6 months. It was still in warranty and after many phone calls I was given an email address to the warranty department. They responded and said they’d be sending a new one out right away. It’s been months and they won’t respond to my emails. Buyer beware. It is too good to be true.

Don't last very long
I use mine everyday for severe neck pain. I don't wash it often (not in machine anyway) so I don't understand why they keep breaking! I got one replaced after less than a year, and now the replacement is broken too! I wish I knew if it was because I was doing something wrong, thought I can't imagine what! I almost always shut it off and if I do forget, it shuts itself off, so I don't understand why they can't fix them! Granted, the replacement is "easy" since I don't have to ship the broken one back, but extremely inconvenient since I can't be even one day without out and they never send the replacement overnight! I thought this was an upgrade to the Walgreens and Sunbeam brands, but nope, all the same :(

Best heating pad for neck, shoulders and upper - mid back
I got this for my mom and she loves it. This heating pad stays in place as there are magnets to fasten it around the neck and a belt around the waist. The different temperature settings are great. My mom said her arthritic neck and shoulders feel so much better after using this.

Heaven, I’ve never owned a heating pad and had no idea what to choose! Everyone in my family wants one now. I’m 8 months pregnant and it’s hard to leave my bed lol the weighted element adds a lot. It stays in place.
