Not bad for first couple months
For the price, it's an ok bouncer. We wanted something simple and it worked well for us for our baby's first couple months. My one big complaint, though, is that once I put it together, I was never able to adjust the shoulder strap height. I'm pretty handy with fabric and usually good at wrangling difficult straps and buckles, but this one finally defeated me. We had to stop using it once she got too tall for the lowest setting of shoulder straps even though we would have loved to continue.

Where is the toddler chair?
I bought this because she just outgrew her bouncy chair. But unless there is something left out of the instructions, there is no toddler chair, just a less reclined bouncer.

Does not go upright
I try to buy things that will move through stages with the baby. This "rocker" does not convert to a true chair; the back does not go to 90 or even a good 60 degrees. I did not watch the video. If so I would have noticed the xhild is not sitting back in the rocker position. I could have just purchased the bouncer instead. Not happy with this now that I want it to sit up.

Broken after less than 5 months
After less than 5 months of light use, the bouncer can no longer be put in the upright position. This is really disappointing, however, there are a few good qualities about the bouncer. The cover is easy to take off and wash. The toy bar is interesting to my baby. The price isn't as inflated as other bouncers on the market. BUT after less than 5 months of light use by an infant weighing less than 15 pounds, I would expect to still be able to use the chair in one of the two positions advertised. Now that my baby is old enough to sit up in the seat more safely, I'm really disappointed we can't use the seat in this way.

Need longer straps
I like this rocker for the most part but the one thing I dislike about it is that the straps are too small for my son. My son is 25 lbs and the straps are already tight on him. The weigh limit on this product is 40 lbs so I don’t know understand how they can make such a careless mistake installing these small straps.

At first we didn’t put it to the lowest level and our infant was unhappy in it. After watching the video we realized that we didn’t put it low enough. After we adjusted the back, he likes it very much. He likes it better than the graco swing which is a lot more expensive!

Lifesaver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bouncer is a life saver. I can put my little on in it and not worry about her falling while I shower or do dishes. It bounces easily and keeps her entertained and out of harms way. She absolutely loves it and it’s very easy to clean.

Cute but vibration feature faulty
A very cute vibrating rocker. My son loved it but the vibrating feature lasted exactly a month. Batteries have been replaced but it does not work.

Solid buy
I would say this is a solid buy but I would probably still buy the Fisher-Price version (if I could find it). I rated it 4 stars because it does feel a bit flimsy compared to my 1st baby’s FP rocker. Besides that, it was easy to assemble and my 6 week old enjoyed the vibrating setting.

I like that is can be a rocker or stationary and also can transition to a toddler chair. I dislike that it doesn't have any toys with lights on the them. My infant loves looking at lights.
