Would love to use it if only they would send a replacement part.
We purchased the bike as a way for my wife to continue to exercise during her chemo treatments for cancer. When I went to assemble to bike it went together easily with the exception of the left pedal. It was clear that the bolt was stripped and it would not screw into the bike nor would the nut that is supposed to hold it on screw on. I requested a new part be sent to me as part of the warranty we purchased and it has been under review for days. It notes you can leave a claim 24/7 but says nothing about how long it will take them to agree to replace a defective part or not. All we get are emails saying it is under review or to rate our purchase. Would love to use the bike and provide another evaluation. Let's hope that happens sooner than later.

Best Indoor Bike Ever
This was the best purchase to finalize my workout room. It’s smooth, quiet, and is very stable even on carpet. I purchased the lower cost model and it has the dumbbell holder, water holder, and tablet holder which is amazing. I only added a cushioned seat cover for comfort during extended rides. It’s definitely a must purchase product for your home and is very affordably priced.

Meets my needs, exceeded my expectations
Good price, easy to put together, small footprint, very quiet. The display gives all the basic information you need and the resistance knob provides a great range of resistance. Still early, so can't speak to durability, but seems well made and should hold up for the amount I will use it. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Decent Bike
For the price this bike has been decent so far. I was able to put it together myself with little trouble. I'm a little disappointed in the quality - my bike came with stickers falling off, scratches on the flywheel, and it isn't as quiet as I expected. Overall though, I'm pleased with the bike itself and have enjoyed using it so far.

Disappointed in quality
The bike is much more wobbly than we anticipated. Some of the materials feel cheap. We are open to liking it, however so far it doesn't meet expectations of other units we've used in the past. We are surprised by the quality drop off from other models.

Every time I see my doctor for a routine check up the very first question they ask, Do you exercise? It’s a yes or no answer but I try to make many excuses for being busy or sometimes bad weather. As a senior to be in good health medications, diet and exercise is a must.

High Quality Exercise Bike!
My wife and I are really enjoying our new exercise bike. It was very easy to put together and start exercising right away. Service was excellent also, Sunny Health and Fitness kept us informed the whole time it was in transit. I have been a runner for over 40 years and my knees were starting to feel it.. I wanted to start supplements running with biking. After a lot of research I decided on the Synergy stationary bike. It is smooth, quiet and sturdy. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had my first Sunny bike for 10 years with no problems. In 2021 I purchased this bike and have had both the right and left pedals sheer completely off within the last six months during rides. I'm not that heavy (200 lbs) so I'm a bit surprised that my weight would be the cause of the problem. Guess I'll need to try a different brand

Gets the job done
The bike is great and much better than I thought for the price range. It has about 1000 pieces but 995 of them were already put together so assembly was very easy. Very happy with the purchase. The only negative about it is the “computer” which is basically out of 1985 but since phones and stuff have timers it’s not a big deal but that part could use an upgrade.

Very Good Exercise Bike!
I purchased this cycle to work on cardio and also strengthen my legs. I am 74, so it was important to me that I would be able to monitor my heart as I worked. With the cadence monitor and my Apple watch, I can monitor my cadence, speed, calories burned, distance, and heart rate while I work out. Also, there are several pre-programmed workouts one can do for free through the Sunnyfit app. I am very happy with the bike. It is well made, sturdy, noiseless, and basically easy to set up and use. The only drawback was the caged peddles, as I have never cared for them. However, the cages can be removed by removing 4 screws on each pedal. In my case, I installed my own pedals - mountain bike click in pedals. Easy solution for me. I highly recommend this exercycle.
