Grows Mold - Non Refundable

Product grew mold after about 2 months of use. Was not ever wet from direct water contact and was used in typical bathroom conditions. Unfortunately that was about 2 weeks after the 90 day policy and now I cannot get a replacement or refund. Stay away!

Very pleased.

It’s really nice and I’m very pleased with the quality. It barely cleared the tank and I wish there was an option to raise it an inch. It took a while to put together but the instructions provided are easy to follow while practicing patience. The cabinet provides a great amount of storage. I also have the matching floor cabinet.

Looks nice, but not sturdy at all. Magnets for the cabinet doors are different strengths and the one is harder to open. Also, the opening part of the cabinets didn’t align when put together. Overall, would not recommend. The price does not match the quality.

Bent and Alignment Issues

The back panels are bent and difficult to slide into place. The bottom portion on one of the cabinet doors are bent inwards and does not align with the othe cabinet door. Meanwhile, the pin on the other cabinet door are loose, so it drops/slides down when opened. Lastly, the magners are too strong to open the cabinet doors. As a result, it's important to screw it to the wall. Otherwise, it'll topple over people open the cabinets. Additionally, some of the screw holes do not align properly either—some of the screws are screwed in an angle. Costway needs to do a better job in quality control!

Overall, this is a nice addition to my bathroom. It looks nice and appears as pictured. It isn't very sturdy, though, and I am really putting my trust in a single screw to keep it from toppling over. The assembly directions were poorly written and took a long time to decipher.

It fit my toilet prefect and also leave some space for adjustable. The natural moisture-resident properties of bamboo make it an ideal choice for the bathroom , effectively preventing mold and decay! The multi-tiered design on the rack is elegant and functional! My bathroom is no longer cluttered with bottles.

Poor quality -- Holes not drilled properly, wood was bent

1) One of the depressed wood holes wasn't drilled properly, so I had to widen it myself to get one of the wood pieces to fit into it 2) A hole for a screw was too big, so the screw wouldn't tightly screw in 3) Back pieces (thin wood) were bent so it was incredibly difficult to get a side piece to fit over them 4) No mention of the bottom wood piece height, so upon receiving it I found out the horizontal wood connecting the legs will not clear part of my plumbing 5) Door magnets are very strong so the whole thing shakes when you pull the door open. I don't trust it long term due to poor build quality Overall poor build, cheap wood, would not recommend.

Tippy, but qualiry materials

Good quality materials, easy to assemble, looks great. Only minor flaw is that the finished unit is so too-heavy that you need to brace the cabinet doors when opening, or else it wants to topple forward. Probably not a good idea if small children are around.

Good item, very big

We had some slight issues with putting it together, but it worked out. Unfortunately I neglected to measure the depth of the toilet lid, so it didn't fit. Its pretty big, so it's not for a small space.
