Not accurate size but otherwise nice shelf
Pretty shelves. Seems sturdy for now. A little difficult to assemble but really not bad. My biggest disappointment is the size is incorrect. It says 36x18 but it’s really a half inch shy of both of those.

Fantastic Shelving!
I bought these to go in my garage. They're very easy to assemble and more than adequate to handle everything I've piled up on them. If I decide to install shelving on the other side of my garage, you can count on the fact that it'll be these. You may want to use a rubber mallet to make sure they're seated firmly.

Awful
I found the shelving units extremely difficult to install with a tongue and groove assembly the metal tongs wouldn't go into the holes that easily it was very difficult to get him to lock out I would never buy these again

Easy assembly
The frame is sturdy, but the wood shelves are not as thick as I have seen on others. I should have read the description a little better. Even so, the shelves are ideal for my garage.

Difficult assembly
The price was okay but some of the comments about difficulty in assembly made me hesitant. I figured that my life background…mechanic/machinist…would overcome but I was wrong. It's designed for manufacture not assembly. I'll use it because once it's put together it's functional and sending it back would be painful. I recommend finding something else and save your valuable time and patience.

Looks Great
This particular storage shelves cost almost double the price of other shelves that are much stronger. I purchase two of them because they were different in style, it's strong enough for my needs. It's difficult to assemble because the notches doesn't slide into place easily even with a hammer and a mallets. You needs lots of patience and time assembling it.

Solid and attractive shelf
I bought this shelving system for my kitchen but decided that it didn't look right in that room. So I set it up in a bedroom. It looks great there. It's very solid. Surprisingly easy assembly.

End result is good, might take longe to assemble
The shelves are light enough for one person to assemble them. I was wondering why a screwdriver might be needed but I found the reason and it made the whole assembly longer that it should be. Some of the tabs after been hammered end up on the wrong side so I had to remove the piece, hammer it slowly and be ready with the screwdriver to guide the tub to the correct side. It is not a really a big deal but make the process longer especially if only one person is doing it. The shelves, once assembled, do not feel sturdy at all, but after moved to the wall and getting all the stuff on them, look definitely very good and stable.

Not as advertised. Not heavy duty.
These shelves ARE NOT heavy duty by anyone's measure. The metal is gauge stamped sheet metal. The powder coating may be as thick as the metal itself. The assembly is a pain in the neck. You must bend two tabs on the end of each crossbar to get them to go into the slots. The shelf material itself is note very ridged and will bow down in the middle if your item does not span from edge to edge so the crossbars bear the weight. If you are looking to store your Christmas ornaments these are your shelves. If yare looking for shelves to use in the garage, look elsewhere. I am disappointed.

Sturdy product but assembly a bit time consuming
I ordered two of these and put them together by myself but would recommend 2 people to assemble them if you want to get it done more quickly. First off, the boxes were falling apart when delivered and the styrofoam had broken up into tiny crumbs covering every single part. It took an hour just to clean everything off. The instructions only show a diagram with no word description of the order so once I intuitively did the first one, the second was slightly easier in terms of the order. That said, you definitely need pliers to bend the tabs because they wouldn't always slide into the coordinating slots. So I had to slightly bend most of them which was very time-consuming. And you need a rubber mallet to secure them once in the slots. The directions picture a screwdriver but I'm not sure for what purpose as there is nothing to screw in. It took about 1 1/2 hours each (not counting cleaning the styrofoam off), but once assembled, I was happy with them. Sturdy and can hold a fair amount.

Excellent and would buy more if needed
I was skeptical about buying, because of the small amount of reviews. We bought this to create a storage room inside the house. I don't have it in the garage, so let me explain about how our experience was with the product. It wasn't difficult to put together with a rubber mallet. It is strong, and not flimsy. The shelves are deep for ample storage, others similar to this unit are not as deep. We bought four of them, and did an L shape. Everything arrived in tact, and there was no damage. This design is less flimsy than others with a keyhole design. Would repurchase, and everything arrived on time. You can L bracket the shelves to a wall, or bolt them together like we did for additional support. So for creating an indoor storage room, this product is sturdy and easy to adjust the shelves for whatever height you need.

Excellent price for a sold garage shelving unit
So, I feel like I'm nesting with how much I've been tearing apart the house and re-organizing the garage and basement. My hubby is actually scared I'm preggo again haha. Anyways, I decided to start re-doing the garage layout and put up shelves that I can use labeled bins on them for easy reference and also get stuff off the ground so maybe we can possibly use the second half of the garage for another vehicle. I liked the look of this one because it matched a previous shelf I'd bought from the HD that cost me twice as much.
