The flavor is refreshing and not too overpowering, the appearance is vibrant and you can tell it’s not filled with a bunch of artificial flavoring and dyes. I noticed with the electrolytes it helped boost my energy. This consistency of the drink is perfect and not too thick like a juice. Buying again for sure.

    Best hydration drink ive used after the gym

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this more than I expected. The fruit punch flavor is really good — not overly sweet or fake tasting, just really refreshing. I had it after the gym and it did what I needed it to, easy to drink, and didn't feel heavy at all. I did look into the ingredients and there are a couple things I try to be mindful of, so that's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but I'd still drink it again here and there, especially after a workout. Overall it’s solid and tastes good, which honestly matters most to me.

    Refreshing & light

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a vigorous workout, or a hard day of momming and bossing BodyArmor comes in clutch. It’s refreshing and delicious and immediately after drinking I feel rejuvenated. Replenishes electrolytes with more potassium than sodium which is helpful for muscle function. The clean ingredients makes it feel better and tastier than it’s competitors!

It honestly tasted more like water with just a slight flavor than an actual fruit punch drink, which was not what I expected. That said, I did feel hydrated after drinking it, so it does seem to do the job in that sense. I just personally prefer drinks that taste much better while giving me the same hydrated feeling.

    Naturally tasty!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of the fruit punch flavour of this product! The fact that it has natural sweeteners and no artificial dyes was a selling point for me. Unfortunately, I’m on a pretty strict calorie deficit and protein is my friend - so the fact that this has zero protein and 80 cal per serving is not really a smart choice for my current goals. I did drink it after some hard work hauling junk and packing my attic, so it felt like a write off ;).

As for performance, I feel like it truly hydrates me after the gym and gives me that boost I need. The consistency is light, not heavy like other sports drinks.
