many of the other reviews mention the sweetness and a lack of spice which i wholly agree with but i also need to mention the excessive garlic flavoring which lingers in the mouth well after youve finished your meal.

This is my favorite variety of Sriracha. Has actual depth of flavor beyond just heat. Lots of garlic and a little sweetness. I hope Target doesn't stop carrying this.

Why is this sriracha sweet?
I’m not sure why they made sriracha sweet. This tastes nothing like the original, and was very put off by the taste when I first took a bite of it after I put it on my eggs. I only got this during the shortage and this was the only one that was available, but I will definitely not get this one again.
