Great until hose breaks
It does a good job of cleaning, but after using it periodically for a year the hose developed a hole where it bends near the handle. Called Shark for warranty replacement and was told they can’t replace the hose, have to replace the whole body, and they’re out of stock. So I was told to try again later. Not great customer service/warranty service.

This broke after 7 months. It will not turn on. It makes a sound like it will turn on but then doesn’t. I normally always live products from shark. This one disappointed me.

Where is the water?
Intended on doing the carpeted stairs and this is not the machine for that! It may be good for small uphosterly/carpet stains. The most frustrating thing is that hardly any water is dispensend, however the cleaning fluid is 5x the dispensing rate. I am not sure how this would clean anything. I have a Shark vacuum which I love, but this does not meet expectations and will be returning. I love to clean and this had zero satisfaction.

I've only had this machine for a week but it works great! I watched a lot of videos and read reviews on the different products available. I narrowed it down to 3 and eventually chose this machine because it had the best suction. The only negative I have found so far is that the dirty tank needs emptied about 3 times before a new fill of cleaning product and hot water. All the tanks are easy to clean and I ran clean water through twice before letting everything dry overnight and then pack it away. I used it on our ottoman first, the main reason I bought the machine. In just 1 cleaning it looked 90% better! Next I tried it on pet carpet old yellow stains that I have been trying to get up and the carpet looked awsome. It takes about 3 hours to dry carpet and the ottoman was over night.

Awful product
If your goal is to have your carpet look worse than it did before you tried to clean it, this is the product for you. No matter how much you try to vaccuum up the liquid, it is impossible to get it all, so when it dries, it leaves a nice ring of filth on your carpet. You could then try to scrub out the stain the chemicals leave, but then you are just back to square one - when the chemicals you spray to clean up the ring dry, well, they just leave another stain.

I was looking for a cleaner for small spills/stains. I have a full size rug doctor but it's a lot to take out and clean such a small area. Creates bright uneven spoches and ruins carpet.
Discolors even beige carpets. Not recommended unless you want your carpet to appear splotchy. We had to do a lot of work to try even it out. This product caused much more damage than good for simple stains. It’ll take out the stain easily but ruin your carpet.
