    Great Option

    I really like this lid. It keeps coffee warmer and keeps the mug charged longer. I like that I can pop off the sliding cap to clean underneath.

    Did not fit and $10 restock fee

    The lid slips out of my cup. I tried to contact the company about getting a tefund because the lid did not fit. I could never speak to a representative so I had to do by email. There was a $10 restock fee for a lid that cost $14 dollars plus shipping.

    I always keep extras in case one is in the dishwasher. I own 6 Ember mugs. 3 in each of my 2 homes. I got my first one 6 years ago. And have given 4 as gifts.

    Lid is a bit loose quickly. Strongly feel lifs should be be included with purchase. I bought 4 cups and added 4 lids. Darn expensive. Lid is necessary.

    I just ordered my second sliding lid. The first one got lots of coffee stains since I drink my coffee black. I will still use it but nice to have a fresh one.

    Always Looks Dirty

    My lid seals perfectly. But it is a terrible product that resists cleaning! I am not a fanatic for cosmetic perfection but this lid stains right out of the box. Has anyone tried to clean this lid with bleach? I am retired so my dogs are the only outsiders to see it but if I were still working in an office I would not use the lid. Reminds me of the old-timers in an oil refinery that I worked in while in high school that just put their mugs on the shelf for use at the next break without ever cleaning them. Only $10 but really is an underwhelming product.

    New Lid color

    I have 3 lids for the 14 oz cups. they work but get stained. I wouldn't mind a dark lid that wont get stained looking over time.

    Love this cup

    I was given as a gift a few years ago. I absolutely love it. Keeps coffee at same temp. Run to put a wash on?. . . coffee doesn't cool off. . . . doorbell rings?. . . coffee doesn't cool off. !! Stays same temp. The temp you love. For coffee drinkers it is a great item.

    Good seal

    I wanted to wait a while before reviewing The 14 oz lid. So glad I finally purchased this lid, as it works very well. It has a good seal, keeps heat in longer to help coffee stay hot/warm and no leaks so far. Im still waiting for the 10 oz lid for my smaller ember mug to come back into stock.
