    Effective lid and seal

    I appreciate the lid while working at the desk. It helps retain temperature and prevents evaporation. Minimizes the slosh risk too! I do wish that spare seals could be purchased. I'm on my second lid and while the silicon o-ring seal seems less porous than on my first lid, it is beginning to show signs of unsightly discoloration. While Ember has assured me that if I keep it clean there's no health risk, I'd like the option to maintain it in "like-new" appearance.

    Did not fit

    Purchased a lid for my Ember mug 2. It arrived and the lid did not fit. Disappointed to see that there is a $10 restocking fee on all returns. Their chat bot would not offer a solution for waiving it. which, it is what it is. The lid cost me $15. So I only get 5 bucks back for the trouble. oh well. not a huge loss. but frustrating.
