The product comprises of a blend of plant-based oils that make up 79% of the spread. The rest of the product comprises the remaining ingredients listed, other than the plant-based oils. Best vegan butter for my breaded chicken

Our vegan family is always on the lookout for wonderfully healthy and tasty alternatives, and this one is a home run for our family! Applying this butter on breaded chicken cutlets is like a taste of heaven! My husband loves letting this melt on his freshly grilled ribeye steaks and my children love this melted on their omelets! Wonderful Replacement for Butter - Great Flavor and Texture.

I have replaced about 95% of my butter use with this. It is perfect for frying, sautéing, spreading on toast and baking. I don't miss the butter at all and I don't consider this a second choice to butter. This is all my family and I will use for now on.
