horrible product/customer service

This machine arrived,with scratches on the plexiglass..And it was missing the light bulb..This totally ruined my holiday movie night plans..I tried to contact a live person,thru their website..So I would get an immediate replacement part..However I was forced to leave an email,and wait 24 hours for a response..I am still waiting!!..
