Work together to diagnose the conditions. Follow clues, run tests, consult specialists and use your instincts to diagnose the patient, and finally make the right treatment decisions to help your patient survive the night. Then, work to determine the underlying cause of their condition. Earn points along the way for making the right treatment decisions and helping your patient survive the night.
- NO PRIOR MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY, EASY TO LEARN AND PLAY- Medical Mysteries game includes a full case tutorial to walk you through how to play. Tutorial helps players navigate through their patient's treatment plan, and no prior medical knowledge is necessary. Each patient includes an intake interview, and an Electronic Medical Record to review and assess the case. From there, you’ll have the information you need to start treating and diagnosing. Research Sheets will provide details on possible conditions that your patient might have, and additional information will unfold as you start treating the patient. Gather more information by running tests and consulting specialist as you narrow down the options.
- IT’S A RACE AGAINST THE CLOCK- Each action you take progresses the game, and the clock. Your goal is to get your patient to survive the night. Continue testing and diagnosing until time runs out.

Great mystery-medical approach!
This was a great game for a small group of nurses. It was interactive and fun, and we liked the mystery-medical approach. Finished the first two patients and thought their difficulty levels could've been switched around but that's the only negative comment from the group (which is pretty inconsequential!). Hoping for additional games like this from Buffalo :)

Perfect for mystery lovers
I'm so glad I saw this at Target! This game fills a hole in the market. I love any kind of mystery games (hunt a killer, unsolved case files, Nancy Drew PC games), and I also have fond memories of playing doctor simulation PC games in the early 2000s. Medical Mysteries does an excellent job of introducing gameplay but not holding your hand too much. The difficulty scales appropriately with each case. I played some cases alone and some with my boyfriend--both ways were fun. I was hooked and played through all the cases within a couple of days. Can't wait for the Miami game!

A great new way to play mystery games
Picked this up as we love medical shows and mystery games and it did not disappoint. Really made you feel like you were a medic making key calls. Cannot wait to play more of the cases.

Loved it!!!
I am already a fan of mystery games so when I saw this I had to try it. We played 3 patients the first night and didn’t want to stop! We are saving the 4th for our next game night. It was really intuitive and so much fun! Good thing I’m not a real doctor! if you like mystery games, or medical shows, this game is perfect!
